The Rules: Trial Tools are available for new customers and / or new applications on standard product. The following conditions apply: - All Trial Tool request must be approved prior to shipping. Please include the trial parameters with your request.
- A "GTO" (Guarantee Trial Order) must be issued from the distributor / customer for tracking purposes.
- Distributor / Customer is responsible for shipping & duty charges unless previously agreed upon.
- Trial tools that do not meet the customer expectation must be returned to HPI within 30 days of receipt. An RGA number must be acquired prior to shipping and a report of usage must accompany the tool.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping & duty charges.
