All shipping discrepancies must be reported to HPI upon receipt.  If your package is damaged upon receipt you must advise the carrier immediately.

All packages are shipped FOB shipping point.  If a package is shipped on HPI shipping account the package is insured for declared value.  If the package is shipped Collect or Third Party all claims and credits must be handled by the customer with the carrier.
