Returns

HPI reserves the right to refuse any products sent back without a proper Return Goods Authorization.

HPI will accept product within 30 days of the original invoice date if the following conditions are met:
  • RGA number is acquired from HPI
    • RGA must be closed within 30 days of issue date if the following conditions are met.
  • Material returned is in resell-able condition
  • Material returned is in original packaging
  • An offsetting order for equal or greater value is placed when the RGA number is issued.  If no ordered is issued then a 15% restocking fee is applied if the return is approved.  
    • Previously entered orders cannot be applied as an offsetting order.
  • Material is a standard item
Specials, Non-Standard items may not be returned for credit.
