Need to increase pressure?
Need greater volume of coolant?
Retention knobs all have different coolant holes. Some as large as 0.44" and as small as 0.07". Jet-Blast can be fit to your machine's coolant system to achieve the best possible coolant flow and pressure.
CAT40 and BT40 HAAS machine use a retention knob with a coolant hole size of 2.5mm (0.098").
To Increase Pressure: Order Jet-Blast with 0.8mm coolant ports to reduce the area increasing pressure
For Maximum Volume: Use our standard 1.5mm coolant ports to eliminate any coolant flow restraints
Have a machine with a large coolant volume? Order with 3, 4, 6, 8 or more holes! Pricing will be based on the amount of holes, holder size and style.
Need additional coolant holes?
We can add as many coolant holes as you wish for 1 low cost per hole. Additional holes can provide improved chip evacuation for increased coolant or air flow.
